If You Confess

Hello, It’s been a long time since I thought about life. 3 days ago, my father was reading my first ever article. He did not say anything about the article. He gave me a challenge instead. For a second, I thought that he may be a heartless man. He didn’t respond. I trust my father more than the reference books I read. He has a certain amount of knowledge about almost any topic I ask him questions on. I then thanked him for the next second and started thinking about moralities, responsibilities, duties, and ethics as per his suggestion.

This was the preface that I felt like writing because the source must be credited. The origin must be respected. Many times, circumstances become as important as the piece of art that is created. So, when I started to think about the article, I was quickly surrounded with questions and doubts about myself because I’m just 15 when I’m writing this article. If any error is noticed, kindly forgive me. What I will share now is what I have learned so far.

I’ll start from adolescence because childhood is arguably the purest part of human life. It cannot be measured in any moral parameters. Whenever a child makes a mess, people say that the parents are the ones who didn’t teach them a thing or two. This gives rise to a conflict between the children and parents because of some stupid people who not only do not care about what they say but are also unaware of the consequences. Responsibilities are a matter of communication and not a job of only parents/ children. Sometimes, the children implement the duties and on the other times, it’s parents who should do their job properly.

In adolescence, children get introduced to the world they are living on an extensive basis. Eventually, they get introduced to the good, the bad, and the ugly. Now it is their responsibility to choose the correct path to enhance/ ruin their future. There is no point in saying that they do not know. Because they will not know if you don’t let them on their own. It is their job to perceive the society around them and behave accordingly.

When people get in their 30s, they behave arrogantly telling other people to get the hell out of their way. But I think no one should disrespect their duties. They should learn to listen. If you say why only this class of people, then I’ll simply tell that they’re the bridge and the bridge is always supposed to be stronger than the ends.

People are shuffling around the stores like zombies and they really don’t bother about their parents, homeland, nation, etc. they are at the peak of self-obsession and vanity. These are the same people who sent their parents to some old-age homes over some pesky issues in the name of familial peace and sophistication. I read in the newspapers and the articles about the people who can read and write, and I get very disappointed by looking at their deeds. These people will convert our society into a hell in which the innocents will have to burn for a long time.

Many people confess their fate before the gods and ask for mercy and forgiveness. But the logical fallacy behind that is they’ve hurt someone deliberately and still have not apologized to them and coming straight to the gods for things they have done. This logic is completely childish. If you really feel sorry, then confess. If you really want to ask for forgiveness, you have got to make sure that your actions are matching your words. Many great things are written in a single word and are easy to achieve. But if you truly observe, these are hard to understand, harder to follow, and hardest to convert into virtues and lifestyle. Those who understand this will be successful in their lives.

In this world, almost everyone wishes for immortality. One is to live forever without doing anything. But that will be absolutely useless. So, you can do many things in your life which bring about the goodness in this world and then die peacefully. You will be in their hearts and their memories.

Here I will end my article because if this is expanded then it can turn into a book. So ‘short and sweet’ is pretty good here. I’ll just say that I wanted to share my thoughts with you. This can be called my first confession. If things are conveyed and understood properly, then a lot of time could be saved. I know that this change will not be brought about quickly but gradually as we progress through time. Because this is “nothing more, nothing less, nothing but everything if you confess”.
